Some Bunny Loves you
To try our new craft idea, for the little ones, all you need is:
- Newspaper
- Cardboard
- Paint
- Paint brush
- Cotton Balls
- Glue
- Scissors
First step is to put the newspaper down, so that you don't mess paint all over.
Start by painting under the child's feet, one at a time (to avoid making too much mess). Gently press the painted foot down onto the clean sheet of cardboard and make the impression. Take the cardboard away, while you clean the painted foot, then repeat the process with the other foot. Leave to dry for about 30 min.
Once dry, cut out around both feet and put to one side. Choose a colour paint to do the border of the cardboard, and paint the outline of the cardboard. We used green so that we could do a few brush strokes at the bottom to make some grass. Again, give it some time to dry.
Next, take you paint brush and paint SOME BUNNY LOVES YOU! (choose another colour that stands out)
Leave the painting to dry. Now take your dry painted feet and put a spot of glue just in the middle above the toes, place the cotton ball down gently, as not to flatten it (the tail needs to be fluffy) repeat the same instructions with the second foot. Paste the two feet at the bottom of the cardboard. Now start with the ears for your bunny at the top of each heal with nice thick strokes.
There you have it, a special gift for either mom or dad or even the grandparents to make their Easter a special one.
