Heart Bee Craft
Valentines Day is on the 14th February, just around the corner!
Let your little one explore and create a valentines gift for the loved ones in their lives.
Below is the list of supplies you will need to get your creation going:

Follow the easy steps to create your Valentines Bee:
- Cut out heart template
- Trace two single hearts onto the blue cardboard (for the wings) and cut them out.
- Trace two single hearts onto the black cardboard and cut them out.
- Trace two single hearts, one double heart and two small single hearts onto the yellow cardboard, then proceed to cut them out.
- Cut two oblong shapes from the black cardboard, as this will be used for the antennas.
Now that you have all your parts together, lets start building your bee.
- Take your glue, and spread it on the back of the folded yellow heart, remember, this is your card so it must open up correctly.
- Place a black heart behind it, but still showing the bottom half.
- Take your glue again and spread it at the bottom back of the black heart and place a yellow heart to it, but still showing the bottom piece of the heart.
- Continue with these steps until, the body of the bee is complete.
- Now take your blue hearts and put glue on each end, placing them at the back of the bee's body.
- The antennas will be glued on next on the back of the head and don't forget to glue and paste the two small yellow hearts on each one.
- Take your permanent marker and proceed to draw two eyes and a mouth on the front of the yellow heart.
Open the heart and inside write your message. In this case it would be Bee my valentine !
